For each accepted paper, a video presentation must be uploaded on EDAS by March 21, 2021.

This is mandatory for papers that are to be published in the proceedings. Missing to submit a video presentation will be considered as a no-show and will imply exclusion of the paper from the proceedings.

Specifications for the videos are as follows

  • Duration:
    • Invited papers: 18 minutes (two minutes are left for Q&A)
    • Contributed papers: 20 minutes (live Q&A are in dedicated sessions)
  • File Size: 100MB or smaller
  • Video file format: mp4
  • Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels; No maximum, but must respect the file size limitation
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Be sure to include in your video the title of the talk, information on the speaker, and a reference to ITW 2020. We suggest that the face of the speaker be visible during the first seconds of the presentation.

Please see IEEE's instructions on how to record a high quality video using Zoom

For contributed papers, the recorded videos will be made available to all participants starting a few days before the official opening of the conference. Questions can be posted on the website and authors can reply there.

Authors are requested to participate to the Sessions scheduled in the Technical Program, which are meant to be an opportunity for live discussion. Authors will have 5 minutes to give a quick recap of their contribution (a couple of slides might be enough) followed by up to 5 minutes for questions and answers, which may subsequently continue in break-out rooms. Authors are free to split or share all above roles as they wish and we encourage multiple authors to participate in the live discussion of their papers.

For invited papers, videos of the presentations will be streamed during the Themed Sessions, followed by live questions and answers. We ask at least one author to be available for these live discussions.

All sessions will have a session chair who will be announced in a few days from now. The exact ordering of presentations within each session might incur some slight changes in the next days. We invite in any case all authors to be available online for the whole duration of their sessions.
