March 19 2020 update: COVID-19 Notice
Given the recent developments, we have decided to postpone the workshop to the Spring of 2021. Paper submissions are now closed. We will be in touch with updates as we have specific dates for the workshop and the paper submission deadline.
Please know that our thoughts are with those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus). The health and safety of our members and participants are our first priority. We will continue to closely monitor any specific travel advisories through official channels which include the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian Ministry of Health.
Interested authors are encouraged to submit previously unpublished contributions in all areas of coding and information theory. The program will include both invited and contributed sessions, with a particular emphasis on the interface between information theory and other topics including, but not limited to:
Paper should be submitted via EDAS. Authors are encouraged to use LaTex to prepare their manuscript that follows the IEEE conference specifications. Submitted manuscripts should be contained within 5 pages with font size no smaller than 10 points. Page numbers should be omitted. Submitted manuscripts should provide sufficient details of the research allowing reviewers to assess the originality and authenticity of the work. If full proof cannot be accommodated within 5 pages, the authors can publicize the supplementary material which can be openly accessed, and provide the specific reference. Duplicated submission to multiple conferences is strictly forbidden, but a conference presentation of a submitted journal manuscript is allowed.
